The DH-02AKD special emulsifier is a kind of cationic high-molecular polymer product developed by our company, which has the characteristics of AKD emulsification, colloid protection and retention synergy.
*The characteristics of DH-02 polymeric emulsifier can shorten the sizing and curing time of AKD, and can be applied in many kinds of medium-and-high-end paper.
* The cationic group and high molecular weight carried by DH-02 polymeric emulsifier can enhance the stability of AKD emulsion and the retention rate of emulsion particles on fiber.
* Under the effect of cationic polymeric emulsifier, ADK emulsion with great dispersibility, stability and sizing effect can be obtained using the mechanical stirring method.

Method of application and precautions of DH-02
* After melting 100 parts of AKD wax, add 50 parts of DH-02, and stir with high speed for 8-10 minutes at 70-75℃ to realize pre-emulsification of the mixture. Next, homogenize the mixture using homogenizer for once or twice, then cool it to room temperature quickly, and finally add cold water to the pre-emulsion to make the solid content to be 12.5% and 15%. * The replacement of conventional starch emulsifier with the emulsifier can realize lower consumption and higher cost-performance ratio. In addition, the AKD neutral sizing agent made of this emulsifier doesn't have curing period, and gets cured upon leaving the machine, and can meet the special requirements for cultural paper, with RMB 50-RMB 100 saved per ton.

* Abide by conventional industrial production regulations during the use of DH-02 to avoid polluting the environment. Use the container made of inert material to collect spilled liquid polymer and remove it with appropriate method.
