DG-101 series product features:
DG-101 series high-efficiency neutral sizing agent is prepared by high pressure homogeneous emulsion of special formulas such as the alkyl ketene dimer with polymeric emulsifier, stabilizer and modifier. This product has strong retention rate, strong affinity with fibers, short curing period, and can achieve the excellent curing effect in a short period of time. DG-101 series sizing agent is mainly suitable for producing paper and paperboard that need sizing, such as two-side offset paper, electrostatic copy paper, coated paper, bible paper, cardboard paper, white board paper, etc.

DG-101 method of application and precautions:
* This product is directly added to before the pressurized screen or after the fan pump with a metering pump
*Addition: Calculated based on the common solid content of 12.5 % and 15 %, it is generally 0.1% - 0.2% (for dry pulp) and 0.3% - 0.4% for hard sizing.
* PH value of sizing: 7.5 - 8.5, the low sizing agent is not easy to cure, and the high sizing agent is easy to decompose.
* It can be mixed with water in any proportion.
* It can be added intermittently or continuously, but it is added continuously generally. The quantity added can also be adjusted quickly according to the need.
Safety and environment protection
* Abide by conventional industrial production regulations during the use of DG-101 to avoid polluting the environment. Use the container made of inert material to collect spilled liquid polymer and remove it with appropriate method.
* This product is of low toxicity. Abide by general industry protection regulations during its use, and don't need to take special protection measures. In case of spatter and dirt, please rinse with a large amount of water.
* This product is only used for industrial purpose.
